Job Information

We are looking for an exceptional Director of Sustainability to lead and develop our Sustainability team in order to deliver market leading Sustainability, Energy, Carbon and Wellbeing real estate consultancy to our broad portfolio of prestigious clients in the commercial and public sectors throughout the UK.

Applicants should be experienced Sustainability discipline leaders, with a demonstrable track record in winning, managing and delivering sustainable and environmental consultancy work including, e.g. Energy &Thermal modelling; Building Envelope Optimisation; Daylight Design; Building Performance and POE; Renewables and District Heating Strategy; LCA; Carbon Management; Circular Economy; NZC strategy; NZEB, Design for Performance; Building Physics; PassivHaus, BREEAM; LEED; WELL etc.

Working closely with the Location Directors throughout the UK, and reporting to our MD, you will have autonomy and responsibility for all aspects of the Sustainability discipline including team management, growth and development; management and delivery of projects, financial control within the discipline, thought leadership, Sustainability policy, business development and marketing.

You will have excellent communication and presentation skills, commercial acumen and confidence in engaging with senior design team personnel and clients, including Developers, Owners, Investors and Occupiers. You are likely to currently be a Director level Sustainability Consultant, or an Associate Director ready for increased responsibility and authority.
