IAQM responds to DCLG consultation on EIA

In January the IAQM committee submitted a response to the Department of Communities and Local Government’s Consultation on the implementation of European Directive 2014/52/EU (Environmental Impact Assessment). The IAQM submission focused on the matter of ‘competent experts’ as defined by Article 5(3). Download the full submission (pdf).
